This retreat was never about fixing anything. It was about remembering. Returning to what’s already in you, your breath, your body, your knowing.

And now, as you step back into your life, nothing has to change all at once. But maybe something has shifted. Maybe you’ve found a thread you want to keep following.

So take what you need from this space. Come back whenever you need to land. And most of all, be proud of the version of you that committed to this!
