the retreat that fits into your real life.

WELCOME to homecoming, my love

INSTRUCTIONS TO START YOUR JOURNEY

  • Bookmark this page link

  • Download the Retreat Guide below

  • Follow the instructions in the guide to set up your space

  • Check out the suggested schedule below.

  • Enjoy the retreat either in the order of the suggested retreat flow below, or make up your own schedule.

  • I would recommend to complete the morning practices after a light breakfast, and the evening practices after dinner.

  • Let me know how you feel afterwards by sending me a message (@elementa.women), I’d love to connect!

  • Day 1: Morning - EARTH

This chapter is about arriving in your body & in the moment. It’s where the noise starts to quiet, and your system begins to exhale.

It is all about connecting back to the essence of who you are, and slowing down enough to hear your own self again.

    You'll be guided through:

A Yin Yoga class to open the body gently and create space to feel

  • Day 1: Evening - WATER

Water invites emotional honesty and softness. This chapter is about tending to the depths of the inner world with compassion:

Qi Gong for grounding and calming the nervous system & Inner Smile meditation, an ancient Taoist practice to cultivate awareness from within.

An Art Therapy Practice to access deeper layers of expression.

  • Day 2: Morning - FIRE

You’re invited to stir the inner flame in a way that reminds you you’re alive.

    You’ll move through:

A Somatic Dance Journey to release stuck emotion and awaken vitality

The class is inspired by the elements and we will explore how each of them feels within our body with the help of creative movement and intuition.

  • Day 2 - Evening - AIR

Air brings clarity, lightness & release. This chapter is your invitation to breathe out the old and make space for something new.

    Includes:

A reflection mirror meditation to support you in seeing the real you

A journalling session to integrate from a place of peace and acceptance

    Yin Yoga

This is a slow, floor-based Yin Yoga class. We’ll stay close to the ground, holding each posture for a few minutes at a time to give the body space to soften and release.

Yin Yoga is about letting the body open in its own time, and staying present with whatever comes up in the process.

    Qi Gong

A grounding Qi Gong sequence inspired by the Earth element. Designed to regulate your nervous system, calm a busy mind, and bring you back into your body, especially helpful for women feeling depleted or overstimulated.

    Taoist Inner Smile Meditation

This seated meditation is inspired by a Taoist practice called the Inner Smile. It helps you tune into your body and bring a quiet sense of care to parts of yourself that often get ignored or held tightly.

    Art Therapy

This is a gentle creative practice to explore what you’re holding inside. You’ll be guided to paint your “inner landscape” as it feels right now, using colour, shape, and texture. No art experience needed.

    Somatic Dance Meditation - Introduction

This is a theoretical introduction to our somatic dance meditation. A guided somatic dance practice to release stuck emotion, reconnect with your body, and awaken your energy, without choreography or performance.

    Somatic Dance Meditation - Practice

This practice invites you to move from a place that isn’t performative or planned. Somatic Dance is about tuning into what your body knows, and letting movement arise from that quiet place of inner guidance.

    Reflection Meditation: Mirror Practice

A gentle mirror practice to help you reconnect with your own presence. This is a moment to slow down and see yourself with honesty, without judgement or pressure.

    Journalling Session

This is the final practice of your retreat. A moment to slow down, gather what’s surfaced, and hear your own voice with a little more clarity.

Writing is a quiet, powerful tool. It helps us connect the dots between what we felt and what we now know. This session invites you to write a letter from your future self to your current self.

    Congratulations on completing Homecoming

You made it! Congratulaions my love!

You showed up for yourself, fully, honestly, and with so much heart! That’s not a small thing at all. It takes courage to pause. To listen. To feel. To meet yourself without rushing away.
