what is it?

Homecoming is a self-paced retreat you can do at home: over a weekend, or whenever you finally get a bit of space.

I took the most loved parts of my in-person retreats and turned them into something you can do without leaving your house, on your terms, for a tiny fraction of the cost.

This retreat is for you if:

  • This chapter is about arriving in your body & in the moment. It’s where the noise starts to quiet, and your system begins to exhale. You'll be guided through:

    A Yin Yoga class to open the body gently and create space to feel.

  • Water invites emotional honesty and softness. This chapter is about tending to the depths of the inner world with compassion. Practices include:

    Qi Gong for grounding and calming the nervous system

    The Inner Smile meditation, an ancient Taoist practice to cultivate awareness from within

    An Art Therapy Practice to access deeper layers of expression

  • You’re invited to stir the inner flame in a way that reminds you you’re alive. You’ll move through:

    A Somatic Dance Journey to release stuck emotion and awaken vitality

  • Air brings clarity, lightness & release. This chapter is your invitation to breathe out the old and make space for something new. Includes:

    A reflection mirror meditation to support you in seeing the real you

    A journalling session to integrate from a place of peace and acceptance

This is for you if you’ve been holding it all together for too long and you’re ready for a real reset. one that gives you space to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and be guided through honest, meaningful practices that allow you to feel like yourself again.

about the facilitator

Anastasia is a retreat director, movement and creative therapy facilitator, PhD researcher, certified yoga teacher, and Qi Gong instructor. Her background in theatre, arts management, education, and linguistics informs everything she creates, from embodied practices to women’s retreats that offer real nervous system relief and emotional clarity.


Born in Ukraine, raised in Germany, and having lived across multiple countries, Anastasia brings a global lens to her work. Her focus is simple: helping women reconnect with their bodies, creativity, and each other through honest spaces that don’t require performance or perfection.

Her ultimate joy lies in sharing her knowledge and nurturing communities of healthy women who care for each other, enriching the life of those she touches with wisdom, compassion, humour and authenticity.

FAQ

  • Once you sign up to the retreat, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the retreat. Just follow the link and you will get access without any login needed.

  • You will need about two hours each day. I suggest you to take an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening, but you can move through it at your own pace. There’s no rush. If you are able to stretch the retreat for a few hours longer, I would also suggest that you take it beyond the practices and incorporate slow nature walks, nourishing meals and lots of rest into the space between the practices.

  • Yes. You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation, art, qi gong or journaling. The practices are simple, gentle, and fully guided.

  • A quiet space, a journal, a yoga mat/blanket and cushion, and some time to yourself. A few art supplies like paper & watercolours or pastels. Headphones, or candles are nice extras.

  • Most sessions are around 15–40 minutes to fit into your busy lifestyle.

  • Yes! Once you’ve signed up, the retreat is yours. Come back to it whenever you need a reset.
