Each month we explore a theme. Simple prompts to help you slow down and notice what’s actually going on. Enough structure to get out of your head, and enough freedom to follow what’s coming up.
Gentle Movement & Guided Meditation
Breath, light movement, or somatic exercises to bring you back into your body. Nothing complicated, yet high impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. You follow along and learn new tools to apply in your life.

Her work blends yoga, qi gong, somatic practices, creativity and group facilitation - creating spaces that are joyful & accessible for all women.

We move through a simple structure: reflection, gentle practices, and conversation. You can share or just listen.

No. You don’t need any experience. You just show up and follow along. :)

That’s completely fine. You can stay quiet the whole time and still get value from it. There is no forced vulnerability and you are welcome exactly as you are!
