By booking with Elementa or using this site, you agree to these terms. If something doesn’t sit right, please write to us at hello@elementa.au before you book.

Elementa is run by Anastasia from Byron Bay, Australia. Our offerings include in-person retreats (BlueGreen Sanctuary, Villa Riad, day retreats), the Inner Circle online membership, the Homecoming at-home retreat, facilitator mentorship, bespoke experiences and photography.

All bookings are taken through this website and processed by Stripe in Australian dollars (AUD). A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received and we’ve emailed you confirmation.

• The Inner Circle is a recurring monthly subscription of $33 AUD, billed automatically.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@elementa.au. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid month, you keep your access until then.
• Access to the Homecoming retreat is included for as long as your membership is active.
• We don’t offer partial refunds for unused weeks within a billing month.

• A non-refundable deposit secures your place on a retreat.
• Full payment is required no later than 30 days before the retreat start date. Bookings made inside that window must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Transfers to a future retreat date are considered case-by-case at Elementa’s discretion. Please email us as early as you can.
• If Elementa cancels a retreat for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future retreat, your choice.
• Travel to and from the retreat, travel insurance and any visas are your responsibility. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

Homecoming is a digital product. Access is granted immediately on purchase and is non-refundable.

Our retreats and online sessions are held with care. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of what others share, to participate within their own capacity, and to follow the reasonable requests of the facilitator. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour disrupts the safety of the space to leave, without refund.

Elementa offerings include yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, Qi Gong and reflective work. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic care. You take part at your own discretion. Please tell us about any health conditions or injuries before your retreat or session so we can support you well, and check with your doctor if you’re unsure.

The writing, photography, recordings and design across this site and within our offerings belong to Elementa. They’re for your personal use, please don’t share, reproduce or sell them without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Elementa’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant offering. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
