Byron Bay hinterland
Each retreat is held somewhere that lets the days slow down: pools, sauna, ice bath, good food and room to breathe.
The venues
Newrybar, twenty minutes from Byron Bay
A nature-filled property in the hinterland with three pools, a sauna, an ice bath, a yoga shala and luxurious rooms. Home to the day retreats and the signature February retreat.
Byron hinterland
A working organic farm with a farmhouse kitchen, open paddocks and a slower rhythm. Home to the Slow Life Retreat, where a good part of dinner is picked that afternoon.
Byron Bay
A small design-led villa with a pool and a chef's kitchen, used for the EVOLVE alumni retreat where the group is intentionally tiny.

Why Byron Bay
01
Retreats sit in the hills behind Byron, so the days are quiet, green and free of the town's traffic, with the beach still close enough for an afternoon.
02
Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is around thirty minutes away, Gold Coast Airport around an hour. Transfers are arranged for four-day retreats.
03
Winter days sit in the low twenties and summer is warm and green, so the practice moves outdoors most of the year.
