A clear summary of how refunds, cancellations and transfers work across our offerings. If your situation isn’t covered here, write to us at hello@elementa.au, we read every email.
Inner Circle membership
Cancel anytime by email. Access continues to the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.
Homecoming (at-home retreat)
Non-refundable. Access granted immediately on purchase.
Retreats (Byron Bay, Villa Riad, day retreats)
Deposits non-refundable. Balance due 30 days before. Transfers case-by-case.
Bespoke experiences
Terms set in your written agreement with Elementa.
Inner Circle membership
The Inner Circle is a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@elementa.au.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month, you keep access (live session, recording, group, Homecoming) until then.
- We don’t offer partial refunds for unused weeks within a paid month.
- Once cancelled, you’re welcome to rejoin at any time.
Homecoming (at-home retreat)
Homecoming is a digital experience. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, it is non-refundable. If you have any trouble accessing the content, email us and we’ll make it right.
Retreats
This applies to BlueGreen Sanctuary, Villa Riad, the Slow Life Retreat and any day retreats.
- Your deposit secures your place and is non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Full payment is due 30 days before the retreat start date. Bookings inside that window are paid in full at the time of booking.
- If you can no longer attend, transfers to a future retreat date are considered case-by-case at Elementa’s discretion. Please email us as early as possible, the earlier you tell us, the more we can usually do.
- If Elementa cancels a retreat for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date, your choice.
- Travel, accommodation outside the retreat dates, and travel insurance are your responsibility. We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellation.
Bespoke experiences & private work
Bespoke retreats, facilitator mentorship and photography commissions are quoted individually. Refund and cancellation terms for these are set in the written agreement we send before you book.
How to request a cancellation or transfer
Email hello@elementa.au with your name, the offering, and the date of your booking. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
